PLAY Membership

Updated 2nd January 2025 BOORN PLAY Membership Agreement This agreement authorises BOORN to set up a profile based on the information provided. Your details, including card information, may be stored for future membership renewals marketing, purchases and verifying membership. It is your responsibility to keep payments up to date. Key Points: Refunds & Renewals: Cancellations by either customer or company will not receive a refund for the remaining year. You will automatically be charged or invoiced for an annual review. Compliance: You agree to follow government regulations and BOORN's terms of entry and rules. Membership may be terminated if rules are not followed or for inappropriate behaviour towards others or BOORN. Legal proceedings may be initiated at your cost. Changes: Terms and Conditions may change, and you will be notified accordingly. You may be automatically transferred to a new custom-built system. Parental Responsibility: Children must be accompanied by a parent. Only registered children will be recognised, and ID may be required upon entry. You are fully responsible for your child's care and safety. Parent/Child/ren attendance is at your/their risk at all times, should locate any risks to be reported to BOORN. Cancelled membership due to not adhering to including but not limited to; Failed payments, inappropriate behaviours by either parent or child/ren may be sent to third party affiliated partners, Government departments which this may affect further usage or access, should this be required you will be notified by details provided. Communications & Offers: Freebies, offers, and specials will be communicated via text, Facebook, in-store, Eventbrite, or email. It is your responsibility to stay updated. If at any time your child/ren has a requirement to engage with BOORN (Learn of Grow ) developmental or Therapy team, this may be done. Should BOORN need to assist with any third-party company regarding your development, a consent form will be required. Membership & Cancellation: A 7-day cooling-off period is available from the date of the signed agreement, Admin fee will apply, $20. Cancellation will incure a $30 fee ( reduced from past fee ) allow 14 days to process. any outstanding fees will need to settled prior to closure. Membership continues until you process a cancellation form. There is no automatic expiry. To switch to our LEARN membership, email Play@Boorn.Family and Learn@Boorn.Family. Cancellations by either customer or company will not receive a refund for the remaining year. You will automatically be charged or invoiced for an annual review. Guest Policy: All invited guests attend and participate at their own risk and must adhere to center rules. Bringing in children not on your membership will result in a $60 charge, which may be taken from your card or sent via invoice. Agreement: You agree to follow the centre’s rules and have fun!
